Our Process

Step One

Once you contact us to schedule your free estimate, we will come to your home and go over all your project details with you.  We will provide product information, make suggestions, and answer any questions you may have.  You will not receive your quote on our visit – we will take all the information back to our office and prepare a professional quote to send to you via email, or if you do not have email, we will happily drop it off to you at your convenience.

Step Two

If you decide you would like to proceed with Beingessner Home Exteriors for your project, we will help you finalize all the details like style and colour, and would also urge you to visit our showroom at this stage.  We feel it’s important to see and feel the products in person, and for that reason, we have a well appointed showroom located in the beautiful village of St. Jacobs.

Step Three

Once all details are finalized and you’re ready to place your order, we require a 25% deposit to proceed.  Once your deposit is received, and contract signed, we will order all the products and materials required for your project.  You will go onto our booking list, and we will wait for all products and materials to arrive before scheduling your installation.

Step Four

Finally – the best step in the process – your installation day will be scheduled!  Beingessner Home Exteriors has been expertly installing windows, doors, and siding products since 1957, so you can rest assured you are in good hands.  This is our favourite part!  A great installation is crucial for the overall aesthetic and performance of your new products, and we pride ourselves on having some of the best installers in the business.  Our window installations are all performed by Window Wise certified installers, which is a National certification.  During your installation, you will also likely see your salesperson onsite at some point to ensure everything is going to plan.

Step Five

Finally, your project is complete!  Once our installers have finished up at your home, we will follow up with you to ensure you’re happy with the work.  The best part of our job, is hearing how happy customers are with the transformations of their homes, and we strive to make every experience a positive one for you.
